How Can We Help?
Can I pause my membership?
Once you have completed your initial 12 week contractual period you are granted 4 weeks suspension in every calendar year. The studio requires 1 week's written notice prior to the suspension dates. You will receive notification once the suspension has been approved.
How do I cancel my membership?
In choosing the Membership option you are agreeing to a minimum contract of 12 weeks. Following this time your Membership will roll on week to week, should you wish to cancel at any time, the studio requires 2 week’s written notice prior to cancellation date. You will receive a response from the studio with your last payment date and last class visit.
Is there a membersip contract period?

Mindbody will attempt to redraw the payment 24hrs later. Should the funds still not be available your membership will be suspended. You can contact the studio via text or email to notify them the funds are available and the studio will process the payment manually and remove the suspension.PLEASE NOTE: Payments are processed through EziDebit and all failed payments incur a $14.94 fee as per your contract.
What do I need to bring to class?
You will require a yoga mat and towel for your class and a towel for showering afterwards if you choose to. You may bring your own or hire from us. Water is recommended and can be purchased from in the studio or you can bring your own reusable bottle, we have a filtered water fountain available. (Please no glass bottles, these can not go into classes).

What if I can't attend my class?
Cancellations can be made freely up to 2hrs before class starts, using your App.After this point and within the 2hr window before class any cancellations or no-shows will incur a penalty fee: $5 for late cancellation, $10 for a no-show. This will be deducted from your preferred payment method or noted on your account for the next time you visit the studio.
How do I know if I've been moved from the waitlist?
Ensure that you opt in to text or email “notifications” and you will be alerted when you drop into class. If you do nothing the studio will assume you are attending, if you can not attend you need to cancel out of the class. Your status will also appear in your App.
