How Can We Help?

Can I pause my membership?

Absolutely. We offer up to 4 weeks of complimentary membership pause per calendar year. Need a little longer? Additional pause time is available for just $5 per week.

How do I cancel my membership?

We don't believe in locking people into long-term contracts. If you need to cancel, simply email us athello@heatbyronbay.com.au with 2 weeks' written notice and we'll take care of the rest.

Is there a lock-in period?

Nope! Life changes, schedules shift, and flexibility matters. That's why all of our memberships are contract-free.

Can I get an extension on my class pass?

The studio does not offer pass extensions, however up to 5 classes can be rolled over onto a new pass once purchased. If you purchase the pass online, notify the studio in writing and the classes will be added.

Can I pause my pass/membership?

How do I update my billing info?

How do I update my email?

You can update your personal information on your App, via email or in person at the studio.

Can I change my billing day?

Unfortunately you can not change your billing date once your Membership contract has started. The best way to do this is to cancel your subscription and re-activate using your preferred billing day.

What happens if my membership payment fails?

If a payment doesn't go through, Momence will send you an email with details of when it will attempt to process the payment again. If the payment fails three times, your membership will automatically be placed on hold. Once funds are available, simply email us and we'll arrange for the payment to be processed and your membership reactivated.

What do I need to bring to class?

You will require a yoga mat and towel for your class and a towel for showering afterwards if you choose to. You may bring your own or hire from us. Water is recommended and can be purchased from in the studio or you can bring your own reusable bottle, we have a filtered water fountain available. (Please no glass bottles, these can not go into classes).

Do you offer towel & mat hire?

Yes we offer mat and towel hire service.

What should I wear to class?

Our rooms are heated and you will sweat, so wear clothing you can move freely in and that allows the skin to breathe. Yoga tops and shorts or long legging are all good options, avoid wear tracksuit pants.

How do I book a class?

Classes can be booked through our website or via the Momence app. We recommend downloading the app for the easiest booking experience and to manage your schedule on the go.

What if I can't attend my class?

Cancellations can be made freely up to 2hrs before class starts, using your App.After this point and within the 2hr window before class any cancellations or no-shows will incur a penalty fee: $5 for late cancellation, $10 for a no-show. This will be deducted from your preferred payment method or noted on your account for the next time you visit the studio.

How do I know if I've been moved from the waitlist?

Ensure that you opt in to text or email “notifications” and you will be alerted when you drop into class. If you do nothing the studio will assume you are attending, if you can not attend you need to cancel out of the class. Your status will also appear in your App.

How do your memberships work?

We keep things simple with two membership options: 2 Classes Per Week $45 per week Unlimited Membership $65 per week Both memberships include access to all regularly scheduled Heat classes, including mat, reformer, Hot HIIT Pilates, strength, and specialty classes. Both are billed weekly. No lock-in contracts. Just movement that fits your lifestyle.
